Bob Kuchinsky, Career Coach
Bob comes armed with decades of experience as an accomplished Organizational Strategist and Career Coach. He thoroughly understands the rhythm of the career management and recruitment industry. Having served numerous outplacement firms as the “Associate of Choice” for delivering service on their behalf, Bob has coached individuals at every level, in virtually every industry segment. He is well known for his collaborative coaching style as well as a tireless dedication to quality.
Susan Harris, Personal Career Coach
Susan’s experiences includes coaching in non-profit and for profit career management organizations. She has operated her own business offering one-on-one career consulting. She has also freelanced offering services that include spousal relocation career/acclimation coaching. Susan designs and facilitates job search workshops. She has worked with diverse clients, from new graduates to professionals, at every level of seniority, including internationally educated professionals.
Susan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, completed Career Management, Graduate Education Specialist courses, a Career Management Certification with the Institute of Career Certification International (ICCI) and Membership with the Ontario Association of Career Management (OACM).
David Cohen, Business Consultant, Coach
David is an author, business coach, and facilitator and the former host/producer and creator of the Small Business Big Ideas Show heard weekly for over 9 years.
He has taught thousands over the years in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors and has coached hundreds of entrepreneurs to make those important first steps with their start-ups. He specializes in helping small business owners mine their strengths, get clear on their value, their markets and then begin to develop a sales and marketing game plan that gets results.
David has just launched his new book on Amazon, called “The Weekly 3-how to Turbo Charge your life and business. He is passionate about helping others live with joy and passion and to lead successful, heart-centered businesses.
Lisa Karia, Career Coach
Lisa’s professional approach is to achieve results by creating outstanding workplaces where people & culture are strategic priorities. Her experience as an HR leader include coaching people leaders, performance management and recruitment. Lisa started her career in telecommunications where she held progressive management positions. From there, she developed her HR acumen with leadership positions at Bank of Montreal, Loblaws and Maple Leaf Foods, and as a consultant.
Lisa has earned her Bachelor of Arts, Economics from Western University and the Human Resources Post Graduate Certificate from Humber College in Toronto. She has achieved the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designations from Canada’s HR Professional Association
