This added-value feature has regularly contributed to higher settlements being negotiated.
We work with Executive Search firms to provide their candidates with a competitive advantage. This may include reconstructing their resumes to be more appealing to clients’ requirements and/or conducting intensive interview preparation in advance of their going forward. While most recruiters provide their own coaching, it is not their core strength. In instances, targeted coaching has proven very effective in increasing the rate/quality of offers extended and accepted.
